I think this whole pedmas thing is pretty ridiculous. It's just math nerds trying to assert their mathematical superiority among the non-math nerds.
The reason I say this is because mathematical equations exist for a reason, which is to calculate something, like tax or pi. Some of the equations get pretty complex, which is why pedmas exists to help you sort things out. People coming up with equations like the one in the pic are just taking pedmas and going backwards to purposely create an equation to trip you up. Equations, just like the calculations and the answers, require structure as well.
If you were in some math class and the prof asked you create an equation to calculate X, and you came up with an equation as unstructured and messy like the one in the pic, you would fail.
The equation in the pic would be equivalent to if you were to talk like Yoda in English. "The Force with you be".
English has a structure too, and although you can understand what Yoda says, you know his sentence isn't structured properly.
So some English nerds would pose this problem to you, and you come up with an answer like "With you be the Force". The English nerds would laugh at you and say that it's incorrect structure. The absolute correct answer should be "The Force be with you"! Same situation as the equation - math nerds creating a way to laugh at the non-nerds.
