"thunder showers" in Mexico only last for 10-30 minutes.
It was freaking hot and sunny otherwise

Do your thunders stink more when you do it in the shower or in the bath? I noticed the water amplifies the smell.

i have a theory that the heat/steam from the shower/bath water amplifies and carries the stink. Stink is always worse when it's hot/warm

water doesn't amplify the smell, it dulls it. think about a toilet and the water in it. ever take a dump in the wild? much different smell (and stronger) than when in a toilet.

i would assume that fart particles attach themselves to the water vapour (perhaps due to the highly polar nature of H2O?) in the steam... since the steam acts as a better transport of these particles then typical air molecules, the concentration of fart particles that reach your olfactory sensory system is likely greater... and hence the potency of the smell.

but that's a thought... you'd be literally bathing in your own fart vapour..

this is just my opinion and you'd likely need to ask a chemist if my logic above is sound.
