apparently flights and stay are expensive that weekend.................. so i've heard, not sure if its true or not.

Just to give you a ball park figure booking flight right now for sometime in january would range from about $85-200 US that includes taxes/fees. Prices for the CES weekend don't seem particularly more expensive than the others right now. Prices listed are from allegiant air which is one of the cheaper options.

When I asked him at Red Robin's, his response was "Ask the Boss." and I was too chicken to bring it up with Corris, unless he was referring to someoene else.

Regarding hotel rates, I think it varies depending on the place you stay. I priced out a flight/hotel package for 2 thru allegiant and it came out to 1200$US for 4 nights (@ Ceasars) during that weekend. My guess is about 300$ was flight and 900$ was accommodations, roughly a bit over 200$ a night. Which can probably squeeze 3-4 ppl if don't mind getting cozy. Obviously there are even cheaper options out there.

I think some hotels closer to the convention centre probably have already raised their prices for that weekend, but on the strip I don't think it's too much different than usual.
