free file restore programs

anyone have any?
i deleted a save game for my ds that i shouldn't have. it was just last week and now i need it. i googled but i couldn't find a free one. halp please.

can't restore from SD cards or memory cards, at least not that i know of.

someone referred me to test disk, which got a bunch of files off the sd, but i had a backup just a couple weeks ago on my harddrive that i deleted too...

but i haven't tested the files that came off my sd yet, too tired right now and i'm looking for specific .sav files when i got a lot of .nds files.
