okay, final resolution is that Duncan got hit by a Purolator truck and now he is going to Craftsman Collision to do his ICBC claim.

you know what's lame? i got craftsman to check out my listed damages on the icbc claim number and they said my claim is on hold... LAME... they can't even fix my car... i called icbc and they said they put the claim on hold be cause they were investigating the fact that i had pleasure insurance and i got hit driving to work... even though i get drive to work 6 days in the month... but yea, they had to call alicia's dad to verify he drops me off at work... anyways, the adjuster lady said she called and he confirmed it, and then she said, "oh, i'll just leave your claim on hold because purolator hasn't called back yet to accept fault in the accident. might as well leave it on hold for now until they do... not like you want to pay the $300 deductible anyways"

wtf... i wanna pay it... you'll have to reimburse me anyways.. i just want the car fixed now.. driving with a misaligned front wheel messes up tire!... wtffff.....

Why don't you tell them that? Tell them you don't mind paying the $300 because you really just can't drive with the wheel damage.
