Where Has the Summer Gone?

Well, to say that the summer of 2016 has been busy for us is a bit of an overstatement. But unsurprisingly, it still seems to have flown by at the blink of an eye. What was originally planned out to be a bit of a lazy, kick back and relax season still ended far too soon, as did the great weather. Throughout the whole year, I’ve found that we’ve really been rather lazy about bringing out the cameras with us on our outings. More so because the quality of the iPhone cameras really have become quite remarkable.

This summer really was about family though. We were fortunate enough to get to spend some extended time with the cousins, both from here and from Halifax. I really do love watching them play together. There’s so much joy, energy, and enthusiasm.
