Protein Shake and half a bottle of gatorade


Tuesday Mar 1
Protein Shake for breakfast
Small can of Tuna, Small can of Salmon
Sirloin steak, medalion sized
5 pc chicken strips from A&W
Scrambled egg, 2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites
Some sort of soup thing mom made that had bak choy, char siu and chicken.

Wednesday Mar 2
Protein Shake for breakfast
Multigrain cracker with lots of peanut butter
Ribeye steak
about 2-3 dozen wings, 3 small glasses of beer and a little bullet of spicey hot sauce

Thursday Mar 3
Lots of peanut butter on small bits of cracker
chicken nuggets from wendy's, some of the breading removed
Asiago Chicken Ranch sandwich from wendy's, minus the buns
Protein shake
Double quarter pounder with cheese, minus the buns

Friday Mar 4
Protein shake
Sirloin steak 8-10oz?
3 Italian sausages
Beef slices, Beef balls, Fish slices - hotpot
Stuff we ate at poker, chips,pork floss, chocolate and beer
Instant noodles, w/egg+muscles

BK Steakhouse burger
Canadian Pizza hut Pzone
6 Course chinese meal, rice, noodles, pork, desert, soup, other stuff

The sirlion steak is bait to get the bear close enough so he can wrestle it and win, therein causing mass love for Keian within the Italian sausage community. When the Italian sausages get close to Keian to prop him up in victory, that's when Keian pounces on them and eats all the Italian sausages.

You don't see that happening with lap cheungs though, because the lap cheungs are smarter. That's why Keian can only eat one.

steak and kidney pie wasnt too bad... they have steak and mushroom pie also. Got it at cockney kings fish and chips. Same with the deep fried oysters.
