so i got the new one.

although i'm pretty sure there's only a few of you who even have a ds. apparently they're making a professor layton movie haha.

This game is so deceptively named... I don't see this professor getting a ton of lays at all. Chips or any other variety.
I keep solving those puzzles, but nothing... just some stupid fat hamster running around an obstacle course.

no hamster, just a bird that you can name, and i inappropriately named him the name that optimus gave kup in dr. smoov's "rude awakening of optimus prime" (youtube it, you won't be sorry).

anyway, finished the game last night. story sucked, puzzles were either ridiculously easy or insanely hard (to the point that there's no way you can solve it without using hint coins). graphics as always are awesome cartoon style, but the movie scenes were lacking this time around.

Was the girl sidekick from the last Layton in it this time? She was cute.

yeah, she was in it. i was going to play the other two again to remind myself what happened in them.
layton's girlfriend is in it too... talk about cute lol.

the funny thing is that i thought it was a trilogy, but at the end it says "to be continued". i guess we can look forward to more.

They can be hot too, I mean, just look at Jessica Rabbit... va va va VOOOM!

yeah, but this cartoon isn't anything compared to jessica rabbit.

but layton's girlfriend (or ex i guess since she's dead) was cute, the british accent completed the package.

oh yeah, i finished this game a few weeks ago.
stupid ending. stupid story. the last puzzle was freaking impossible, but i solved it without hints at least (which are useless with the kind of puzzle it is).

the next professor layton is announced for the 3ds, i watched the japanese trailer and it was pretty interesting.

er... it's in japanese, and there aren't any subtitles for the whole intro, so i have no clue as to what the frack he's talking about.
i'll try to watch it tonight and i'll let you know.
