A lot of people are hating the attention that Steve Jobs's death is creating. I saw a jpg floating around saying something like, "One man dies, millions cry. Millions die, no one cries."

Obviously, the "one man" refers to Steve Jobs. The "millions" refers to people dying in 3rd world countries.

it's true though. many deaths are sensationalised depending on who died. like when princess diana died, that madebig news. mother theresa died the same week, no one cared.

I know it's true, but then why bother giving people grief about it?
If they're going to give people grief about it, why do it when people are mourning the death? It's too late by then.. they should've given people grief when they were idolizing the living person.

that's true. i'll admit that i felt a loss when i heard 2pac died. and aaliyah, and mj of course. but i guess a lot of people rag on steve jobs because they disagree with the way the world is falling in love with apple and would give up their virginities for an iphone.
