wireless or wired keyboard

I put this in the this or that thread too, but I realized that I wanted to discuss this more

I can understand wireless mice because you have to move it around all the time. I don't understand wireless keyboards though because they're supposed to be stationary.

i liked it before when i had it in my room at school. i could sit back and relax and put my keyboard on my lap. now that i have it at work though, it's pretty stationary so the wireless function is pretty useless.

it's actually bothersome because it's having problems.

i use a wireless keyb for my computer that's connected to the tv so i can put it on my lap sitting on the couch... if i had a desktop, sure, doesn't matter to me...

yeah, i'd say wireless = home use, and wired = office use.

Too late. After having one lying around here for 8+ years I finally threw it out a few months ago.

yeah, i guess keyboards are pretty easy to come by. now that i think about it, i have a few lying around the homestead too.

haha, probably. the computer was pretty dirty when i got it.

How does it get in the keys? I would've thought the bottom side of the desk would get the brunt of it.
