pvr or download?

Does Shaw have the function where you input a number then push the forward key and it would forward by that number in minutes?

haha.. i don't think so... but it happens with the telus pvr too.. i think sometimes since it's digital, if you start mashing buttons, it messes it up and seeks to the end of the recording... although it's happened to me w/o mashing too

yeah, i tried double tapping and tapping buttons in a certain sequence but i couldn't figure out how the heck i did it before.

i guess google could be my friend in this matter.

lol i found it. apparently you can just push the page + or - button to skip ahead 5 minutes. not sure how i did that by accident.

Yeah, and to skip forward by 15 mins, you would've had to do it by accident thrice.

yeah, i'm pretty sure it was a 10-15 minute skip. i'm going to need to do some random button mashing.

we just tell ryan to bring us the remote if he wants to watch something different haha. sometimes he tries to change it himself but he's pretty bad at it.

the funny thing is that this guy was so against technology when we first met. he didn't even really use email before, and he was only on dial up.
