Anyone watch this season. The groups are pretty good, and it's all done in Glee style with dancing and stuff... but some of the ppl in the groups are so nerdy.

Shawn Stockman is one of the judges this year. He gives pretty good advice and stuff... but then, Nicole Sherzinger is a judge too. Her advice seems pretty thin.

they have the same judges as last year. i think ben folds gives the best advice, the others just gave fluff.

too bad that purple group from berklee got kicked off. that chick was pretty hot.
my money is on "committed" or that old group to win. the rest were just ok.

Shawn Stockman gives good advice sometimes.. He has pretty good musical knowledge too.

I like a few of the groups.. Back Beats is pretty good and I like Street Corner Symphony too. I like Committed but I think Shawn Stockman hypes them up a bit too much because they're black.

This season is pretty good.. The talent is so good. I guess as the show gets more popular, it attracts better quality contestants.

The judges are better too.. No more stupid Nicole Scherzenegger

yeah, x-factor stole her. i like the rapper group this season, except they're super dramatic.

so it's the finals next week. my money is on the penatonhouse group. the rapper group got lame. one trick pony.

Yeah, I think they picked the perfect three groups for the finals. After last season, I'm glad Shawn didn't get his way with the Afro group. He got that all black group in last year and I didn't think they were the best.

I think it'll be a close call between Pentatonix and Dartmouth Airs.

did you think it was hilarious that afro-blue had the lone white chick in it? i kept laughing and winnie called me racist. they go to howard university man. HOWARD.

Yeah, Committed.. the all black gospel singer guys. I think Shawn liked them because first, they were black, and secondly they were gospel choir guys just like Shawn.

Yeah, that white chick so didn't belong in the afro group, lol

the committed guys were awesome man. that's why they won. i had a feeling they were going to win from the start.

Committed sounded good, but they weren't that creative.

really? i thought they were. they had a true acappella sound to them, while the other groups just tried to make them sound like they're playing real instruments. i hate it when acappella groups do that, i find it lame.

Yeah, they had a true acappella sound to them, which I liked about them a lot. I just thought they didn't take many risks over and beyond that.

I don't like the instruments thing when it's not done well... but there were a couple guys this season that did it so well that I was totally into it.

i think that's what makes penatonix so good. they don't try too much of that making instrument sounds as much as they "ooh" and "ahh" the true acappella way. that, and their beat boxer just plain kicks ass.
