Brown sugar for taste, but then it takes a long time to dissolve brown sugar so I usually just use white sugar for convenience.

when your coffee is hot, it's pretty quick no? unless you're using some crazy solid brown sugar.

Cream because it gives it more flavour.

not sure what you mean by slow. 3g is plenty fast for streaming, or you can even stream over wifi

depends on what it is, but in most cases long term gain is favourable.
