not if you want it to be spreadable over toast... if you refrigerate butter, it's too hard to spread and you end up messing up your crisp toast

we usually slice a chunk to leave out for a few days at a time... nobody said you had to buy him one of those humungo sticks of butter haha...

whoa, there's something i haven't seen in a long time.

just to get back on track, another homeless guy showed up on sunday, probably the worst sunday ever. i gave him $20 because i really didn't have time to deal with him (was busy dealing with a death in the congregation).

so to get back on track and not let that thomas button go in vain, here's another perk of my job:

april 25th of this year, a prominent member of our congregation was admitted to burnaby general for pneumonia. 3 and half weeks later, he's dead from cancer in the liver. he was 68. he left his wife behind and two kids, 19 and 16. i'm trying to plan this funeral but my head is still spinning. it's hard to concentrate.

it doesn't help that i'm trying to prep for this sunday's baptism and have wedding planning tonight. i'm predicting quite a bit of overtime over the next few weeks.
