Q: Is it really a factor of 2:3 or is it by a factor of the increase in dimensions?
What I mean is, if you double L, W and H, mass increases by 2 * 2 * 2 = 8 times, whereas strength increases by 2 * 2 = 4 times.
8 / 4 = 2.
If you increase L, W and H by 75% mass increases by 1.75 * 1.75 * 1.75 = 5.359375, and strength increases by 3.0625.
5.359375 / 3.0625 = 1.75
