It's not on why you want to beta test.. It's on why they should pick you over the thousands of other applicants.

Yeah, i know that. Is that normal? I thought beta testing was usually free under the assumption that you'd actually test it and review.

You play it and report any bugs you find. But usually lots of nerds want to sign up.

It's free. There a lot of people who apply to be testers though, but they can't accept everyone.

i guess the more popular the game, the more testers there will be.
i would have assumed the more the better, but i guess that would just increase the chance of trolls too.

so what did you guys put as your reasons?

You don't have to fill that part in.. It's optional. Filling it in increases your chances though.
