Wake on LAN is supposed to be able to turn on the computer from a complete shut down state. Similar to the wake on keyboard, or wake on mouse functions.

Something to check, Dunc - I think the older wake on LAN may only work with the NIC that's built into the mobo. If you're using a 3rd party NIC, it may not work.

Lol, I remember that episode. The part where in Jensen Ackles's trailer, he has his previous soap opera shows playing non-stop is hilarious.

So Nathan - now that you're on season 6, they should be pretty heavy on the angels and demons stuff now. I think that's the stuff that your youth wanted to talk about. The whole notion of God being dead or doesn't care could really shake a person's faith since that's an easy explanation to so much of the stuff that goes on in our world.
