She's not a bad actor. Better than Ming Na Wen, that's for sure. The more I see her struggling to be a bad-ass agent, the more annoyed I get.

actually, i think the two scientists are the best actors in the show. annoying, but the best actors.

anyone else think that skye is ming tu and coleman cooler's love child?
that whole "shield agent dropped you off for adoption" and the "i look at it every day" hints to it.
also the only two asians in all of shield must make them related.

Then why would Colson ask Ming-Na to look into the disappearance of Skye's mother if Ming-Na when is the mother?

to cover up tracks? maybe ming tu knows but gary coleman doesn't?

actually, i like that theory better. maybe she knows but kept it from him because it'd ruin both their careers. she didn't want skye on the team, but he did. and she seems like eternally devoted to him for some strange reason.
she also talked about "scars that change us" and blah blah blah too.

it would be a stupid story plot, but it seems like that's what they're going for.

There doesn't seem to be any past tension between Phil and Ming at all. Then again, Ming is a sucksy actor.

But after the end of the last episode, she's obviously into younger guys.

he's just into anything that could keep it up while looking deep into her half-closed "i don't give a sh!t" eyes. i could only imagine how boring she'd be in the sack lol.

So no episode this week, but just saw last week's and now i'm convinced that chun-li is skye's mom.
When she was confronting the ghost dude, she kept saying "let go of the girl" and when coulson asked her what she said to him, she said "something you said to me a long time ago".

Obviously when she gave skye up for adoption.

I thought the "something you said to me long time ago" was in ref to the "calvary" incident.

It's cavalry. Calvary is a place in the bible.

Anyway, yes.. I thought it was referring to the cavalry incident too. Even if Skye was involved in that, I don't think she's the daughter. Maybe related in some other way, or Ming got attached to her, but not daughter.
