I figure she knows Skye's parents and what actually happened. I think SHIELD's report won't be entirely correct.

another reason why i think it's her:
when coulson said he'd look into it, and then asked chun-li to help, he said "will you help me find her parents?" or something like that.
and when skye asked coulson how many people were lost in the cavalry incident, he said "she just lost herself".
and then at the end of that episode she cracked a smile... she's finding herself again.

i can't wait when they reveal that i'm right. i have a feeling this whole cavalry thing is about her giving up her daughter for the sake of the job.

i'm iffy about coulson being her dad now, although i won't reject the idea.

i think her giving up her daughter ("letting go" as i think coulson put it) killed something inside of her, like a piece of humanity, which is why she's all business and half-closed-eye-bad-assness. coulson's "will you help me find her parents" was him hinting to her that she has a second chance with her daughter now, and that humanity that was lost can be restored. she may be a worse agent because of it, but she'd be a better person.

stop denying the plausibility of this theory.

This theory is about as believable as all those other movies you pan for their lack of believability....

anyone watch this week's? pretty exciting for what i assume would be the mid-season finale. i really like how it's not about skye any more (or any individual for that matter), but it's about the whole team. and i have a feeling that black guy is still alive.

anyway, i still think may is skye's mom. the way she reacted to coulson's "i told her that you'd help her" with "let's deal with one mistake at a time".
i also starting to think that coulson is the dad again with how he was talking to the black guy about his kid. but i'm not as sure about that as i am about may.

I still think they're related, but just not mother/daughter. May got really upset when they were talking about putting aside personal feelings. However cold she is, I don't think she'd get upset at her like that if Skye was her daughter.

maybe they're lesbian lovers, and she's having sex with skye through that guy.

"unknown origin" could refer to anything. like how her real mother is hiding her identity as a bad ass old woman having sex with a much much younger man.

well, last week's episode took an unexpected turn. the writing is getting better, almost like they changed hands mid-season.

I was wondering if they were going to link the series to the Captain America movie, and it did. Kinda wish I watched the movie first though.

Anyway, it really is getting good.
